STYLE (FALL & WINTER) - Luxe Looks For Less (Classic Business Casual)

Winter is coming (if its not here already), and after a long stretch of shorts, tees, and flip-flops, its finally time to don your fly sweaters, chinos, and overcoats!

But with so many things to choose from, how do you layer them right, and keep from looking tacky, especially when you're meeting clients, and need to make a dynamic and lasting impression without looking stuffy and generic?
Short on fly gear? Where can you get some good stuff without killing your wallet, or having to go a billion different places?

I GOT YOU.

THE PROFESSIONAL
I put together this killer look for the up-and-coming administrators, business leaders and entrepreneurs out there, where you're rocking all the classic items, but in a way that makes you look a whole new form of cool, and that sends the message that you know your stuff, and mean business!

Here's a breakdown of the following Fall/Winter Business Casual look, that can have you looking like a million bucks, on or off-duty, for barely $200:
  • Oxford Button-Down by Goodfellow (found at Target) - $22
  • Sweater by Linea Uomo (found at Men's Warehouse) - $14 or 2/$25
  • Chinos by Goodfellow (found at Target) - $25
  • Scarf by G (found at a local Asian trade store) - $10
  • Jacket by Calvin Klein (found at Burlington Coat Factory) - $30
  • Trenchcoat by Pietro Sabatini (found at a local thrift store) - $10
  • Shoes (leather Oxblood Oxfords, not pictured) by Stacy Adams (found at Burlington Coat Factory) - $80
  • Watch by George (found at Walmart) - $15
  • Gloves by Linea Uomo (found at Men's Warehouse) - $15
  • Jewelry by MJ Darling (The Pharaoh, and The STARSHIP rings, found HERE) - $100 total
  • Hair by Angel at B&B's Above & Beyond (located near UAB in B'ham, AL) - $15-20

And remember, these garments are mostly neutral colors, and are very versatile, so except for a bolder or patterned shirt, or accessory (tie, scarf, etc.), they can be worn with most anything else in your closet, as long as the fit is consistent, meaning no baggy shirts with fitted pants, ans vice versa-
..just in case you were wondering if you'd have to buy a complete outfit every time you want to change you look; no you don't!

Classic wear means that a good quality garment will last for years, even decades, so rest assured that neutral colors and quality will go a long way for your precious dollar!
